The day-to-day operation of Wichita Presbyterian Manor is led by a leadership team of dedicated professionals who bring a wealth of experience and specialized expertise to their positions.
Dawn Veh, Executive Director
Dawn joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in June 2014. She has more than 30 years of experience in the senior care industry, and was most recently the vice president of health services for a senior living community in Hutchinson, Kan. She has a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in gerontology from Kansas State University and a master of business administration from Wichita State University. Dawn was a member of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy in 2010-2011.
Amy Watson, Marketing Director/Senior Living Counselor
Amy joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in 2001. Her education includes an associate degree of arts and social sciences from Labette Community College. Previous positions include certified nurse assistant, social service designee, activities director, senior living counselor of Wichita Presbyterian Manor; dietary aide, cook and certified nursing assistant at Parsons Presbyterian Manor. Amy holds certifications as certified nurses assistant and social services designee. She is a member of West Wichita Woman’s Networking Group, Aging & Wellness Coalition of Central Plains Agency on Aging, 20th Century Club of Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce and Senior Connect.
Lori Schartz, Human Resources Director
Lori joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in May 2014. She has a bachelor of science degree in business administration and human resources and a national certification in human resources (PHR). She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources in the social services field.
Angela Page, Activities Director (Independent Living)
Angela joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in August 2003. She completed her certified nurses training at Wichita Technical College (blueprint 1 & 2). Before assuming her current position, Angela served as a certified nurses assistant in health care at Wichita Presbyterian Manor. She previously worked as shop floor coordinator/fabrication at Learjet/Bombardier.
Angela Johnston, Environmental Services Director
Angela joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in April 2007. Previous positions include director of housekeeping for Galicia Heart Hospital and Galicia Medical Group for Alternative Sources, and a similar post at the Kansas Spine Hospital in Wichita.
Denise Geist, Dining Services Director
Denise joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in October 2006. She previously served 11 years as director of food service, Andover, Kansas. She has also held clerical positions and as certified information processor – office. Denise is currently studying for her associate of science degree with emphasis on dietetics, and intends to go on for her bachelor’s degree. She is a member of the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
Greg Schmidt, Chaplain and Activities Director (Health Care)
Greg first joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in 2007. Following a brief hiatus, he returned in June 2012. He has a master of divinity degree from Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary. Previous positions include director of activities at Catholic Care Center, senior pastor at Crossroads Community Church in Newton, Kansas, and associate pastor of worship and nurture at Koerner Heights Mennonite Brethren Church, Newton. His certifications and affiliations include activities director and social service designee.
Andrea McMillen, Assisted Living Services Director
Andrea joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in February 2014. She was previously a home health care transition coordinator, working with patients to assist with the transition from hospital to home. She also has worked as a medical assistant for a pain specialist, case manager in a hospital setting, and in the cardiac intensive care unit and cardiac telemetry floor of a hospital. She has a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Bethel College in North Newton. She is a registered nurse with basic and advanced live support certifications.
Mary Jo Radcliff, Health Services Director
Mary Jo joined Presbyterian Manor as health services director in January 2015 after serving as the interim health services director. Prior to joining Presbyterian Manor, she owned Radcliff Clinical Consulting Inc. where she worked as a consultant director of nursing and long term care consultant. She is a registered nurse and a certified resident assessment coordinator. She also is MDS coordinator certified as well. Radcliff has a bachelor’s degree in business management and an associate’s degree in nursing.
